When you first get started you are greeted by our landing page. Here is where you'll spend most of your time creating your course.

Checking orders

When you first start making your course your ''Sale'' order list will be empty. Here is where you'll be able to see who bought your courses in the future.


Checking and managing customers

With just a click on the ''Sale'' button, you can access the e-mail address, names of your clients and their reviews about your course.


Managing reviews

Reviews can be provided by customers after completing the video course. If you approve the review, it will start running at the bottom of the landing page. If there are more, they will scroll horizontally, one after the other.


Course structure

The structure of the course is divided into 2 parts:

  • Module
  • Lesson

Editing course structure

Hover your mouse over a certain button and its functionality will be shown. The EYE button shows you the video platform from your user's perspective. This way you can edit and check changes.


Editing the lecture content

By clicking on the ''Content'' button you can access your lessons which will be open for people who buy your course.


PDF, MP3 and video managing

You can add PDF, MP3 and video files to your lessons.


Landing page editing

On the tab ''Landing page'' you will be able to create your landing page that will be visible for people who visit your course site.


General data editing

Phone, Bank and Language

Enter the basic information. Continue with your phone number and business details of the bank. If you only use the PayPal payment option, you can omit bank information. These are only required if the customer pays you directly into your bank account. This method of payment is still useful in some countries where Paypal and the card system are not yet so established. Add your logo and after doing so refresh the site with F5.

Finally, choose your platform language.


Email configuration

The Video Course Platform sends various purchase notifications to new customers. For this, however, it needs your email information through which it will send emails. This is called SMTP data.

SMTP stands for Simple Mail Transfer Protocol, and it’s an application used by mail servers to send, receive, and/or relay outgoing mail between email senders and receivers.

If you don't already know them, your domain reseller will provide them to you. When you buy an Internet domain, you can activate several email accounts through it and send your emails through these accounts.

After entering the SMTP data, send a test email to your regular email and check if everything works. If the information is incorrect, the system will warn you. If all goes well, you will receive a test email to your regular email.


PayPal configuration

At the end insert your terms and conditions link under webpage parameters.

If you check Registration without buying a course, customers will be able to register on your platform without making a purchase. This option comes in handy if you want to give a course to someone for free. When he signs up, manually assign him a course to watch.

Finally, enter your PayPal email to sell your courses.
